An exciting opportunity to join the AllSaints digital family at a time of great growth, you will work closely and report directly to the Senior Digital Production Coordinator.
As part of the content team within the Digital department, you will be supporting daily updates, site changes, content translation as well as social and mailers implementation.
The role also requires to work cross-functionally with other digital team members.
Some of your key responsibilities will include ownership of the site checks, working cross-functionally with the Senior Digital Production Coordinator to ensure the mailers and Facebook posts for your market are relevant and translated weekly and ensuring product descriptions and editorial copy are translated in due time for your region.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Ensure the copy of content pages is translated in a timely and accurate manner for your region and ready for site launches. Liaise with the Senior Digital Production Coordinator to ensure you understand all the details.
Vigilantly sweep sites to identify missing translations, bugs, issues and errors. Working with the Senior Digital Production Coordinator to log and track resolution.
Ensure the AllSaints tone of voice is accurate, informative and consistent throughout your site, keeping on top of the product descriptions to ensure they are up to date.
Work with the marketing team and the Senior Digital Production Coordinator to implement SEO best practices throughout your site.
Ensure the weekly emails and Facebook posts have been translated, built and the copy is organised in advance when needed. Work cross-functionally with the marketing and social teams to support any copy needs, including PR and communication materials for your region.
Support the other regional sites with any mailer or Facebook updates they might need.
Support the Digital Commerce, Customer Experience and Marketing teams in any ad hoc projects.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Is computer literate and able to use mailer building systems and Google suite.
Is fluent in French.
Ecommerce and fashion retail experience is preferable.
Proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving.
Communicates with others clearly, effectively, professionally and with respect.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise work accordingly and work flexibly to hit deadlines.
Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach and support team objectives.
Reliable and acts in a timely manner.
Understanding of SEO best practice.
Creative eye and attention to detail.
Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously.
