Provide high level of administrative support and assistance to the Director and/other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Schedule meetings and build a long-term schedule for the Director.
Keep track of the timing to ensure that the executive attends all-important meetings.
Manage the Director’s phone calls and emails.
Communicate between the Director and employees if required.
Translate terminology lists, presentations, operation procedures, manuals, memos, business communication and agreements for Italian/Romanian-speaking clients.
Maintain confidentiality of all translations and business engagements as needed.
Make travel arrangements for the Director.
Knowledge & Qualifications
University Degree is added advantage
At least 4-year experience of related experience required.
Relevant working experience in translation/Interpretation with a national and or international organization is required.
Experience in work on construction, energy, chemical, oil & gas, refinery projects.
Skills & Abilities
Bilingual in Italian/Romanian language to translate all business documentation and handle Italian/Romanian speaking clients.
Excellent IT and analytical skills.
Good organizational skills and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
Attention to detail, strong communications, and interpersonal skills.
