Localisation & Translation Manager Full Time on the ground

Location : Cambridge, UK or remote with regular travel to Cambridge
Salary : £36,000 – £46,000 p.a. full-time equivalent, dependent on experience
Basis : Permanent; full-time, part-time, or flexible
Eligibility : You must be eligible to work in the UK
The role
Localisation of our learning content, training, and websites is a core part of our mission, allowing us to reach millions of young people all over the world to engage with digital technologies to solve problems and express themselves creatively. One key example is our collection of projects used by learners both in our network of clubs and independently at home, for which we currently have a thriving volunteer community responsible for the translation of 1700 non-English projects in 32 languages.
We’re looking for a Localisation Manager who can lead and grow our translation efforts through managing and supporting our translation community, assessing and streamlining tools and processes, and working to support our programmes and partnerships. This work is entering an exciting phase as we extend our educational products and programmes into new markets, including India and sub-Saharan Africa.
