The IP Services Translation Project Coordinator will be part of our IP Operations team at our Head Office in Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Working as part of a team, the IP Translation Project Coordinator will be responsible for the management of translation projects in the most efficient manner, always focusing on delivering excellent quality, within budget, on time and in line with the requirements of clients and patent offices. This role requires good understanding of translation technologies and the ability to incorporate them within each project to improve efficiency and guarantee cost-effectiveness. Planning and problem-solving skills are paramount. Effective communications with the Customer Operations Team, the Validation Team, the Language Technology Team, and the Translation Operations Team will be key.
* Work cross-departmentally across the division to ensure that each translation project is executed to the standards expected by our clients
* Plan and manage translation projects end to end in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
* Assume full ownership of the translation projects and coordinate all parties involved
* Swift resolution of problems
* Set and manage the translation budget for each project to meet the target profit margins
* Use translation technologies and locate them at the centre of the translation projects
* Use IPSOS to manage and prioritise the workload
