Job Summary
The T&T Operations Specialist role in the T&T Shared Functions team is responsible for managing the workflow in and out of the T&T team, monitoring progress of work through the department reporting on performance and being lead support in the department for the technical tools that support the work across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the input of workflow into the T&T Shared Functions department. This work will be requested from the 4 following departments across the business: (HR, Brand and Marketing, Ecommerce and Customer Service)
Monitors progress of work through the department and flags up timing issues to both of department leaders
Manages the output of workflow out of the T&T Shared Functions department to the following 4 departments: (HR, Brand and Marketing, Ecommerce and Customer Service)
Leads the weekly reporting of department performance against set KPIs
Prepares a monthly report with key stakeholders of performance vs. KPIs for the department and shares this monthly report with key stakeholders across the business
Prepares the data and insights for monthly “trouble shooting / continuous improvement” team meeting
Supports the team with key IT tools used across the department: being the key liaison with IT for any issues, provide training for new team members and updates of any developments for all the team
Supports both department leaders with budget management and budget reconciliation
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Minimum language expectations are English (Business) and an inherent interest in linguistics is desirable
Credible working knowledge of TJX operations
Solid influencing skills
Previous budget management experience
Previous experience in managing multiple projects / workflows
Excellent computer skills including MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong demonstrated communication skills with ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately
