Isabel S, Portuguese – English translator

My name is Isabel Silvai, I started my Translator job career in South Africa for the Portuguese community in Cape Town.

Moved to Angola where I got a job at The British Consulate and continued my Translator job  for the local companies seeking commercial translations.  Moved again to Portugal where I got a job at The British Council and continued my Translator job for migrants wanted to move to Australia and Canada, and local commercial companies.

I am retired at present but continue my Translation job opportunity work.

I have the Certificate of Proficiency in English by the University of Cambridge and Certificate in Translation Portuguese/English also by The University of Cambridge.

I have also the Intermediate Diploma in Oral Examination by the Institute of Linguists Educational Trust .

I have the Highschool studies and the Diploma of Primary School Teacher issued by the Inspeção Superior do Ensino Particular issued by the Ministério da Educação Nacional.

I have about 30 years Translation experience.
