Project Title: Fred Annotation

Location: Remote

OneForma​ is seeking qualified Natural Language (NL) Annotators to join the Fred Annotation project. This remote initiative focuses​ on analyzing and annotating user utterances​ by converting them into structured intent representations.

Your contributions will directly support the development​ of​ AI systems​ by improving their ability​ to accurately understand and respond​ to user requests, enhancing overall system performance and reliability.

Tasks:

·      Analyze user utterances and convert them into structured representations​ of intent

·      Follow detailed annotation guidelines and project specifications

·      Ensure consistent delivery aligned with predefined quality standards and turnaround times

·      Identify, analyze, and escalate anomalies, trends,​ or recurring issues

·      Maintain proactive communication with the Project Manager regarding progress and potential risks

·      Adhere strictly​ to confidentiality and project requirements

Requirements

·      Availability​ of 30–50 hours per month

·      Completion​ of mandatory onboarding and training process

·      Ongoing participation based​ on performance and project needs

·      Native speaker​ of one​ of the target languages

·      Academic background​ in Linguistics, Philology, Translation,​ or​ a related field is a plus

·      Minimum​ of​ 1 year​ of experience​ in annotation​ or data labeling projects

·      Strong technical curiosity and experience working with digital tools​ or technical environments

·      Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

·      Access​ to​ a macOS device (MacBook, iMac, Mac mini,​ or equivalent)

Compensation

Compensation​ is provided​ on​ an hourly basis. Rate details will​ be shared with qualified candidates during the onboarding process.
