In this role you will lead localisation projects end-to-end, coordinating in-house and external resources to deliver high-quality translations on time and within budget. You will mentor colleagues, refine internal processes, and support the Team Lead/Head of Operations with training and CAPA activities. You’ll manage quotes, timelines, and resource selection while maintaining strong client relationships. The position offers remote work within IQVIA’s collaborative, globally-focused culture with opportunities to influence translation delivery at scale.

• Prepare and approve client quotes and timelines
• Select appropriate translation resources and guide junior staff on resource matching
• Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure project success
• Liaise with customers and monitor deadlines and budgets
• Ensure effective use of localisation tools, CMS and DTP packages
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in client meetings
• Assist with training materials and staff development
• Contribute to CAPA investigations and process improvements
• Delegate tasks and manage team workload
• Communicate client status and feedback to Team Lead/Head of Operations
• Maintain an up-to-date daily planner

Responsabilidades
• Several years’ project management experience
• Significant client-facing project management background
• Excellent written and xqbhyrx verbal communication with strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
• Sense of ownership and initiative
• Attention to detail and willingness to share expertise
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
