Head of In Vivo Pharmacology & Translational Science Full Time on the ground NEW

Ailux, a biotechnology company in the Greater Cambridge Area, seeks a Head of In Vivo Pharmacology to lead translational pharmacology strategies across respiratory and immunology programmes. Based in UK/Europe with China collaboration, you will align computational design with in vivo validation to accelerate clinical entry.

You will build a cross-functional team, shape experimental strategy, and partner with CROs, DMPK, safety, and regulatory groups to advance biologics and complex modalities
