Robot Dexterity Translation Lead Full Time on the ground NEW

Requirements

• Lead the Robot Dexterity programme’s translation strategy, establishing commercialisation opportunities, development stages, decision milestones, resourcing choices and progress measures
• Build a portfolio view and ensure priority Creator teams have stage-appropriate evidence plans covering applications, customers, uncertainties, dependencies and funding decisions
• Recommend whether ARIA should continue, reshape, redirect or stop work as evidence develops
• Work with Creator teams and the translation Expert-in-Residence to turn promising R&D into credible commercial opportunities
• Design and run translation mechanisms including Dexterity Demos, milestone-led commercialisation support, shared robotics infrastructure, testbeds and benchmarking
• Bring customers and industry partners into development, converting interest into validated requirements and commitments
• Build partnerships, shared infrastructure and specialist support for systems integration, testing, manufacturing and commercialisation
• Connect teams with new talent and capital for the next phase of translation
