As Translation Project Manager, you will coordinate localisation projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. You will work with in-house teams and external suppliers to meet client requirements and deadlines, while supporting senior leaders and process improvements. You’ll manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and use MemoQ and Portico to deliver high-quality translations. This role involves client liaison, active project lifecycle planning, and contributing to a culture of professional development and service excellence.

• Coordinate localisation projects across internal and external teams to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Prepare quotes and timelines based on client requirements and obtain approvals from Team Lead or Head of Operations.
• Support development of new training and processes with senior leaders.
• Select appropriate translation resources from a supplier database to cover languages, experience, cost and expertise.
• Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Liaise with customers and participate in client calls and meetings.
• Monitor deadlines and budgets and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Utilise MemoQ and Portico for project delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by Team Lead or Senior Project Managers or Head of Operations.
• Maintain clear, well-organised project structures and delegate tasks to team members as appropriate.

• Plan all necessary stages of a project lifecycle and seek support when required.

Responsabilidades
• 1-2 years Project Management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong numeric and analytical skills
• Motivated with problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
• Ability to take ownership and use initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to share expertise
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments
• Graduate, ideally in language/translation
