As we continue to enhance our multilingual AI capabilities, we’re looking for language experts to help evaluate model performance, validate AI-generated outputs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our language models.

About the Role

As an AI Translator, you will play a critical role in evaluating the quality of AI-generated multilingual content. Working closely with our AI and Product teams, you’ll compare model outputs against original source content, identify linguistic and contextual nuances, and provide expert feedback that improves the accuracy and reliability of our language intelligence platform.

Your work will directly contribute to the development and evaluation of next-generation multilingual AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated multilingual outputs against original source content.
• Assess semantic, contextual, and linguistic accuracy across supported languages.
• Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, omissions, and translation errors.
• Recommend corrections and improvements that enhance overall model performance.
• Document recurring patterns and provide structured feedback to the AI and Product teams.
• Help define language quality benchmarks and evaluation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve multilingual AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi or Marathi
• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle differences in meaning and context.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Literature, Law, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years experience in translation, localization, language quality assurance, content review, copy editing, or linguistic evaluation.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, or technical content is an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple Indian languages is highly desirable.
