Key Responsibilities:

– Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

– Manage and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver top talent

– Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process for both candidates and the organization

Requirements:

– C1 proficiency in the German language (both written and spoken)

– Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment will be an apt profile

– Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms

– Ability to work in German timings
