Responsibilities :

• Use proprietary software to coordinate interpreting assignments.
• Keep track of the assignment’s status from start to end.
• Ensure sincere, supportive relationships with the interpreters–this is one of the essential job functions of this position
• Perform and support all administrative duties in the office and support efficient office operations.
• Participate in developing office policies, processes and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately through an audit plan
• Identify opportunities for process and office operation improvements, and design and implement new systems
• Develop and use reporting to drive operational change
•  Communicate effectively – both written and verbally – with our valued client base and equally valued independent professional linguists. 
• Manage the complete workflow of translation projects.
• Reports to the Language Operations Manager

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in an administrative role
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments
• Live near the Walnut area in Southern California. This is an on-site position in Walnut.
• Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. (1 hour lunch break)
