As the company continues to build global sourcing operations in China, we’re looking for a Translator who can fluently bridge communication between our Indian and Chinese teams and help facilitate CEO-level discussions.

What You’ll Do

• Translate conversations and business meetings between English, Mandarin, and Hindi both verbally and in written form.
• Join the CEO and company leadership on international visits to China, enabling clear and accurate communication across languages and contexts.
• Provide real-time interpretation during factory visits, supplier meetings, negotiations, and events.
• Assist in drafting or reviewing bilingual documents, emails, and reports as required.
• Understand and convey technical, business, and cultural nuances with professionalism and accuracy.
• Support remote or in-person translation during video calls, conferences, or written correspondence when needed.

Who You Are

• Strong fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Hindi to Mandarin translation is also required.
• Prior experience working as a business or technical translator/interpreter in international settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy in translation.
• Flexible for frequent travel to China — all travel, accommodation, and meals will be covered by Buildskill.
• Professional, well-organized, and comfortable engaging with senior management and international vendors.
• Must hold a valid passport and be available for assignments on short notice.
