• Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Manage and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver top talent
• Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process for both candidates and the organization

• C1 proficiency in the German language (both written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
