Role Overview

We are hiring a Japanese Interpreter / Translator to handle communication with Japanese clients and support candidate-related processes. The role requires strong Japanese language proficiency along with hands-on experience in interpretation and translation.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation during meetings and interviews (Japanese ⇄ English)
• Translation of documents, emails, agreements, and reports
• Coordination with Japanese clients and internal teams
• Support in candidate interviews and communication
• Resume translation into Japanese as per client requirement
• Handling documentation for candidates going to Japan
• Ensuring smooth and professional communication at all levels

Requirements

• JLPT N2 / N3 Certified (Mandatory)
• 2–5 years experience in Japanese Interpreter / Translator role
• Strong communication skills in Japanese & English
• Experience in client coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
