Location: Gurgaon

Language Requirements: Expert-level Japanese (N2) proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze training needs provided by clients to determine session requirements and trainee numbers.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors to coordinate training sessions.
3. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
4. Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability and ensure proper execution.
5. Share instructor information with site security as necessary.
6. Communicate opening dates of training sessions to employees.
7. Coordinate with the Offsite team for changes or updates in training events or programs.
8. Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
9. Foster adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
10. Collaborate with training organizations.
