ThenPeople Analytics team at Mars aims to provide a team of technicalnexperts for the delivery of advanced analytics products andnsolutions within the P&O function. Working in an Agile manner,nwe provide expertise on building analytics solutions in annefficient, cost-effective, and durable manner. Solutions arenfocused on the recent launch of the People Analytics Data LakenEcosystem (PADLE) solution. Hosted in the Azure cloud, thisnanalytics platform supports the secure transformation andnprocessing of Mars People Analyticsndata. 

PeoplenAnalytics was formed just over five years ago as part of annambitious journey to transform our P&O analytics capabilities.nThis involves building foundational services to provide ournassociates with helpful insights through fast results and resolvingncomplex problems. Building on the momentum gained in the pastnyears, we are creating new and exciting roles to involve the talentnand experience that wenrequire.  

Whatnare we lookingnfor?

• Strongnanalytical mindset with experience in advanced analytics andnmachine learningntechniques

• 
  

  Proficient innstatistical software and hands-on model development (e.g.,nscorecards, predictivenmodels)

• Able to translatencomplex analytical insights into clear, actionable businessnrecommendations

  
  

• Excellentncommunication and interpersonal skills; capable of influencingnstakeholders acrossnlevels

• Proven ability tonwork independently and collaboratively in multicultural,ncross-functionalnteams

• Innovative thinkernwith a proactive approach to problem-solving and solutionndevelopment

• Experience inndeploying and monitoring analytics solutions in a real-worldnbusinessncontext

  
  

Whatnwill be your keynresponsibilities?

• LeadingnAnalytics and Data Science in the P&O (HR function) space fornMars in alignment and connection with globalnleadership
• Bring thought leadership in the areanof HR and the problems of the future and build analytical solutionsnaimed at solving those
• Deliver potent insightsnand data science that deliver our purpose and unlock new value andnbenefits across ournbusiness.  
• Create a strategy,nroadmap for analytics and data science that you manage and delivernwith the team   
• Connect withnData teams to drive data priorities, and solutionnperformance. 
• Connect with Translatornteams to drive adoption priorities, and solutionnperformance. 
• Connect with broadernanalytics communities to drive best practices and communityncohesion
• Work with a team of Data Engineers andnData Scientists and be responsible for the overall solution design,ndevelopment, and deployment.
• The job requiresnbringing technical expertise and understanding in analytics, datanscience and insight to bear in the market. This will demand rapidnlearning about the data we have, the business needs/challenges andnapplying expertise in analytics, data science, leadership, andndelivery to turn this into an output that has actionable andnvaluable outcomes for the business. 
• Thenrole will partner with other senior leaders in the P&O teams tonco-create the strategy and priorities and delivernthem  
• The role will be hands-on tonhelp deliver work directly and to lead projects working acrossnmarkets
• The team is very new, small, andnnimble.  Being self-starting and self-sufficient while alsoncommunicating and collaborating effectively within the team andnbeyond isnkey
