Specialist Speech and Language Therapist Location: Cambridgeshire & Hertfordshire

Salary: £48,110.40 – £54,766.40 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, providing expert communication and dysphagia support to children, young people, and adults with complex needs in the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire area. You will manage your own caseload, deliver tailored interventions, and lead a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, working closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Speech and Language Therapy

Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC

Post-graduate dysphagia training and Level C competency

Experience working with children & young people with SEND, PMLD, ASD, and complex communication/swallowing needs

Proficiency with AAC systems (high/low-tech)

Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and delivering EHCP services
