Responsibilities:

• Manage translation projects and interpreting assignments from start to end
• Coordinate and follow up complete workflow of projects and assignments
• Communicate effectively – both written and verbally – with our valued client base and equally valued independent professional linguists
• Participate in developing policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Identify opportunities for process and operation improvements
• Reports to the Language Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, liberal arts, communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
• Able to work in Walnut. This is an on-site position.
• Start date: Last week of May or June 2nd

Nice to have:

• Experience working with translators or interpreters
• Ability to speak and write a second language
• Translation and Interpretation studies
• Project management experience
• Appointments scheduling experience
• Experience working in healthcare environments

In compliance with California law, this is an hourly position: Range is $21.50 – $26 per hour.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with 1 hour lunch break)
