Translator – Interpreter Full Time on the ground

We are seeking a skilled Chinese-English Translator to provide comprehensive language support for our Chinese expats at our Michigan factory. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication during onsite work, training, business meetings, and daily activities. Job Duties
1. Responsible for providing comprehensive translation services during the onsite work, training, and business meetings of Chinese expats at Michigan factory, ensuring smooth communication; 2. Responsible for translating project-related documents, including but not limited to technical documents, contracts, reports, etc., to ensure accurate transmission; 3. Assist in addressing the translation needs of Chinese expats during their stay in the United States for daily activities such as medical treatment, shopping, transportation,etc. 4. Assist in promoting cultural understanding and cooperation between Chinese and American team, fostering a harmonious work environment.

Requirements
1. Possess excellent Oral and written English translation skills, with priority given to candidates holding an English TEM-8 certificate or equivalent;2. At least 1 Year of experience in Chinese-English Translation, preferably with a background in industry, manufacturing, or semiconductor materials;13. Possess good professional ethics, emphasize confidentiality principles, and take a serious and responsible approach to work. Schedule Details

This role is being staffed with a start date in May.

  Training Period:
  Monday to Friday, for 4-6 weeks, working 40 hours per week.
