We are looking for a reliable service provider to assist with the following:

1. Documents (Already Issued)

• Vietnamese No Criminal Record Certificate

• Vietnamese Birth Certificate

2. Required Work

• Translate both documents into English (certified translation required).

• Complete double authentication for both documents:

• Authentication by Vietnamese authorities (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs or authorized department).

• Authentication by the Malaysian Embassy in Vietnam.

3. Quotation
Please research the full process and propose your total cost, covering:

• Translation fees

• All authentication fees (Vietnam side + Malaysian Embassy side)

• Any service or courier charges

4. Payment Terms
All payments will be 100% deposited into Upwork Escrow before the work starts.
Funds will be released only after the documents are fully completed, verified, and confirmed usable by the Client.

• Only genuine and legal service providers will be considered.

• Please include your estimated completion time and brief description of your process

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
