Ahmed K, Journalist/translator English-Somali-Swahili

My name is Ahmed Kosar and I am a Kenyan journalist living in Nairobi. I have been in this profession for 6 years broadcasting mainly in the Somali and Swahili languages. I have worked for several local Radio stations in Nairobi and reported for some international news agencies from here as well. In the recent years, I have been successfully doing translations and interpretations for various agencies here in Nairobi and Somalia on contract basis. Some of the organizations include the UN’s migration agency IOM, the European Union in Somalia and other Non-governmental organizations. I translate mainly in the Somali and English language with added advantage of Swahili translations.
