My name is Giovanna Diomede I am a professional Italian mother tongue freelance translator and interpreter. Reliable, goal and client oriented, deadline-driven.
My working languages are German, English, Spanish and French. I also speak Brazilian Portuguese at conversation level.

I have been in the field of translation and interpreting for over 25 years, performing also activities as tour guide and group escort, DTP, PA and secretary.
Hence I have experience in a variety of fields ranging from mechanical engineering, industrial machinery, construction and architecture, contracts, legal documents and patents, IT, software for machinery and medical instruments, medicine in general, tourism.
I can also proof-read your documents.

I am enrolled as sworn translator and interpreter at the local Law Court, so I can offer certified and sworn translations and interpreting during trials.

I participated at many different events, fairs, exhibitions, training courses, B2B and company meetings, workshops, conferences as consecutive and negotiation interpreter.
I can take assignments anywhere in the world, provided that travel, accomodation and food expenses are covered by the client.

I use Trados 2019 and have experience with Memsource.
